Episode 11 – Finding joy after a brain injury (Baillie A.)

Baillie Aaron credits getting hit by a car with launching her on a journey toward finding her inner joy. As a former CEO, she learned to let go of control and to allow, accept and flow with the present moment. She looks forward to sharing the many healing modalities she tried – from somatic experiencing, EMDR, craniosacral, vestibular, meditation, yoga – in the hope of supporting others with their paths of healing and joy.

In our discussion we talk about support group dynamics, social interactions post-injury, and more.
