Episode 28 – The importance of community & celebrating the small things with Ellen

In summer 2019, Ellen got a Tbi while biking home in Ottawa. She will be sharing her insight while dealing with ongoing PCS. Ellen will discuss her experiences such as going back to school, accepting her new reality, the importance of celebrating the small things, and how she redefined success. She strongly believes in the power of being part of a Tbi/concussion community and looks forward to talking about her experiences.
