Jordan is a Personal Trainer and a Chronic Illness Coach who has fully recovered from a Traumatic Brain Injury as well as Chronic Lyme Disease. Jordan uses his social media platforms to show what life can be like post-recovery and how to get there. Jordan believes in the power of the mind and swears by his consistent meditation practice.
