Head Games is a documentary about the concussion crisis in sports. Chris Nowinski has done a fantastic job of raising awareness about concussions and the importance of his work, especially for athletes in contact sports, cannot be understated.
I just rented and watched it on iTunes. It was remarkable to hear about concussion symptoms and how many of them are still important and present in my life today, over 9 years since my severe traumatic brain injury.
There is still a lot to learn about concussions and other brain injuries. The most important thing to know now is that they happen and that they are significant!
