On episode 18 of Concussion Talk Podcast I talk to Mike Luke, a World Rugby Medical Educator and Certified Kinesiologist in St. John’s, NL. Mike is a co- owner/operator of Pony Locale , a Pilates, Kinesiology, and Massage Therapy studio. “Using rehabilitative techniques, including Soft Tissue Release, as well as his 10 years experience working in the fields of health and wellness, Michael ensures that through his unique, challenging and exciting approach to movement, he helps clients and patients reach their goals as well as enhance both their performance and quality of life.”

In August 2016, Mike was asked to be part of Rugby Americas North (RAN) Mens U19 and Womens 10s Rugby Tournament as a “concussion spotter”. I talk to Mike about his involvement with the tournament; what his role was, what he had to do, what he saw, etc.

Personally, I have done strength training with Mike several times, and I can attest to his challenging and effective workouts, his enthusiastic and inspiring attitude, along with his unique approach to movement!
